Monthly Maintenance Fee

We have a monthly maintenance fee of $30 per month.

This covers the price of our software ShipStation.

Storage

For E-commerce Fulfillment you get the 1st month storage for free.

Then the Storage cost is $30/per pallet per month.

If less than a pallet, we charge $20/month for storage.

Inbound, receiving and inventory fees

If you want us to inspect, count your inventory or to do re-inventory or any special requests, then we have a small charge of $30/hour.

Order Fulfillment Fees – PICK AND PACK

Our pricing is all based on the size of your items and the monthly volume  (items per month)

0-300 items per month

$2 per order and then 

Standard Sized Item ($1.00 per item)

Medium Sized Item ($2.00 per item)

Oversized Item ($3 per item)

Special Inserts ($0.25 per insert)

This includes the outgoing box or Poly Mailer

301-1000 items per month

$1 per order and then 

Standard Sized Item ($1.00 per item)

Medium Sized Item ($2.00 per item)

Oversized Item ($3 per item)

Special Inserts ($0.25 per insert)

This includes the outgoing box or Poly Mailer

1,000+ items per month

$1 per order and then 

Standard Sized Item ($0.75 per item)

Medium Sized Item ($1.50 per item)

Oversized Item ($2 per item)

Special Inserts ($0.25 per insert)

This includes the outgoing box or Poly Mailer

Over 2,000 items per month (please contact us for big discounts)

Note: If your item(s) need special packaging material because it is fragile or oversized, additional material costs may apply. Take a look at our PREP GUIDE for items that require special packing materials.

Bundling and Kitting: If your item(s) require Kitting or Bundling, we can also do that. There will be a kitting/bundling fee, please ask us for more details

Shipping Fees – UPS Shipping labels

For fulfillment, keep in mind that you also have to pay the actual shipping fee to the customer.

If we use Amazon’s UPS shipping labels, then Amazon will charge you for those labels and you will not get a bill from us for shipping.

We can also use ShipStation UPS shipping labels and you would pay that though us.

We bill you daily, weekly or monthly for this, depending on the volume.

The actual shipping cost is hard to estimate because it depends on the size and weight of your item and also the address of the customer.
We are in Texas, USA, and that is great because we are right in the middle of the United States.

Order Fulfillment Times

We ship out via UPS Monday thru Friday.

Orders need to be in before 12pm CST  to go out that day.

We do NOT ship orders on Saturday and Sunday – You need to have this setting in your Amazon store.

Any orders received after 12PM CST on Friday, or all day Saturday and Sunday, will go out on the following Monday

Please note: On major holidays where UPS does not do operations, we do NOT ship out. It will be shipped out the next business day.
