We are Rocket Packaging, a full service packaging and 3PL logistics company located in Houston, Texas. We service Amazon and E-Commerce sellers in the USA and worldwide. Our services include: Amazon FBA Prep, Kitting and Assembly, E-commerce fulfillment and Co-Packaging Services. Our company has been built by experienced sellers, who recognized an opportunity to provide a greater service to our clients than what is out there at present.

Yes, our services are suitable for online arbitrage, wholesale and private label sellers. If you have specific needs that are not reflected in our pricing online, please contact us. We can come up with a custom pricing structure for all kinds of sellers.

Here at Rocket Packaging, we pride ourselves on our processes and attention to detail. We inspect and count all your porducts and compare them to the Amazon listings. If there is a discrepancy in quantity of units sent, or damage to an item, we will notify you and also provide photos if necessary, so that you are able to raise this with the retailer or supplier.

With damaged stock, we provide you with the option of having the item(s) sent back to the retailer, to your home address or destroyed.

 

We create the shipping plans for you. You just worry about purchasing and listing the products, we will take care of the rest.

 

Yes, to manage your shipping plans we do require restricted access to your seller central account.

This allows us to effectively create and dispatch the shipping plans on your behalf.

 

We have a Google Sheet that you use to communicate with us what products you are sending to us. You also provide to us the tracking number. When the item has not shown up after 7-10 days, our system will automatically notify you that the item is missing and you need to notify your supplier.

 

Amazon prep center is very limited on the services that they provide, and they are much more expensive.

Amazon does not inspect the quality of your products. They do not do bundling or multipacks. Their prep service is much slower and their staff does not care if your items are lost, damaged or incorrectly labeled. Worst of all, if there are issues with your products during prep, it will take months for their service team will be able to catch the error and/or fix it.

With Rocket Packaging, we take all of the stress and the leg work out of the prep element of the business, by providing a premium start to finish prep service. We care about all of our clients. And we are very attentive to details and will communicate with you every step of the way.

Yes, we do offer bundling and multipack prep. This is our specialty. You can find the pricing for these services on our pricing page.

 

Yes we accept and ship out pallets. We have 2 docks, a forklift and a 6,000 SF warehouse. So we can handle all of your LTL needs.

 

We have a 6,000 square foot warehouse that provides a substantial amount of storage for our clients.

For Amazon FBA Prep, Online Arbitrage – we ship these out once a week. This allows us to combine your products in the least amount of shipping plans/locations as possible, saving you money. If your volume is high enough, over 1,000 items per week, then we send out your items twice a week.

For Amazon FBA wholesale and Private label, we send those out on a per job basis. As soon as your item(s) arrive to us, we prep and ship your items in 2-3 days.

For Kitting and Assembly, we send those out on a per job basis. As soon as your item(s) arrive to us, we prep and ship your items in 2-3 days.

For Amazon FBM and/or E-Commerce Fulfillment, we ship these out every day of the week, Monday through Friday. This happens within 24 hours of receiving your orders online

Every time we send out a shipment for you, you will receive an invoice from us. We use Quickbooks Online, and you can pay them via ACH, Credit Card or PayPal.

We do ship pallets for our clients. We offer a fixed palletising fee of £75 (including the, palletising, the pallet, the wrapping and the shipping costs)

Yes, you can rest assured knowing that your products are stored in a safe and secure location that is located in a secure facility and covered by CCTV 24/7

In addition to the security systems, Rocket Packaging has vigorous standardized processes and staff vetting systems to ensure that your products are always in the safest hands.

 

As a client of Rocket Packaging, you will be assigned a designated account manager, who you are able to turn to with any questions or concerns.

You will have a custom Google Sheet Dashboard which allows us to communicate with you all the products at our warehouse. 

We are also always available via email, phone , Whatsapp and Zoom/FaceTime if needed.

 

Our facility is secured with full CCTV and a Grade 2 security and alarm system.

This alarm system includes:

– Shock sensors

– Motion sensors

– 24/7 Arc monitoring

– Direct link to the Police

– Guard response

– NSI Gold Certified

Our clients and their stock are our priority and as a company, we strive on always developing and evolving the ways that we can tbest protect their stock.

Yes, while your products are in our warehouse, it is covered under our products insurance policy.
