Pricing & Fees

01 / 04

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Every fee is disclosed upfront before you send us a single unit. Standard labeling, packaging materials, and handling are included in the quoted per-unit rates. We walk through every line item so you know exactly what you are paying.

Do you charge inbound receiving fees?

For standard FBA/WFS prep and D2C fulfillment, no. Receiving is charged only for specific work such as returns inspection, marketplace recalls, pallet unloading, or high-sorting-volume shipments. Those projects are quoted upfront.

Do you mark up shipping costs?

No markup on D2C fulfillment. You pay carrier rates directly through your own Veeqo or ShipStation account, keeping carrier selection, rates, and reporting under your control.

Is there a minimum order or volume requirement?

Rocket works best with sellers processing roughly 100–5,000 prep units or D2C orders per month. There is a small order minimum, with flexibility for consistent, established businesses.

How Work Moves

Services & Process

02 / 04

What ecommerce platforms and channels do you support?

Rocket supports Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, Shopify, Amazon FBM, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Poshmark, TikTok Shop, and more, with D2C integrations through Veeqo or ShipStation.

What types of products do you handle?

Rocket works with a wide range of ecommerce products, including supplements, beauty and skincare, home goods, pet products, consumer-electronics accessories, health and wellness products, and high-value items. Every operation is different, so contact us to discuss your products, handling requirements, and order volume. If the scope is a good fit, we’ll build the right solution and pricing for your business.

How fast do you ship orders?

D2C orders received before 12 PM CST ship the same business day. Orders received later ship the next business day. Standard FBA/WFS prep turnaround is 24–72 hours after inventory is received.

Do you handle returns?

Yes. Returns services include receiving, inspection, sellable/damaged/defective grading, relabeling, restocking, and disposal or donation coordination. Liquidation support is also available for unsellable inventory.

Can you do custom packaging, branded inserts, or kitting?

Yes. Rocket handles custom kits, subscription boxes, gift sets, branded packaging, inserts, and promotional bundles. Kitting is quoted by component count, complexity, and item size, typically within 24 hours.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We support UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Regular D2C clients can manage carrier selection and rates through their own Veeqo or ShipStation account, giving them flexibility to choose the best service for each shipment.

Accountability Built In

Trust & Guarantees

03 / 04

What happens if you pack an order incorrectly?

You do not pay the fulfillment fee for that order. Rocket's D2C Order Accuracy Guarantee is direct: no claims maze, no runaround, and no hoops. Rocket targets 99.9% accuracy and owns the miss immediately.

What if my order ships late?

If Rocket misses the committed carrier handoff window, you do not pay the fulfillment fee for that D2C order. The guarantee covers dispatch from Rocket's facility, not carrier transit after handoff.

Do you have long-term contracts?

No. Rocket operates month to month and earns the relationship through performance rather than locking clients into long-term agreements.

Will I have a dedicated point of contact?

Yes. Every client receives a dedicated account manager who knows the operation, products, and preferences—rather than a ticket queue or chatbot.

Can I see my inventory in real time?

Yes. Real-time inventory visibility shows what is in stock, what has shipped, and what is currently in process.

From Quote to Go-Live

Getting Started

04 / 04

How do I get started with Rocket?

Submit the Get Started form with what you sell, monthly volume, and required services. Rocket reviews the details and returns a custom quote within 24 hours, followed by a short call to finalize onboarding.

How long does onboarding take?

Most clients are fully onboarded and shipping within a few days of sending their first inventory. The process covers service confirmation, integrations where needed, inventory receipt, and go-live.

I'm currently with another 3PL. Can you help me transition?

Yes. A dedicated account manager coordinates inventory transfer, integration setup, and the operating handoff step by step to minimize disruption.
